Refund policy

  • uniquechoiceboutique.com has a strictly NO RETURN BUT EXCHANGE policy.

  • If you would like to exchange any item, you need to contact us on the same day of receiving your order, by sending the request to uniquechoiceboutique@gmail.com

  • A member of our team will confirm by email or by phone if the item can be exchanged .

  • Items on "promotion / sales" are not eligible for exchange. 

  • Any items to be exchanged will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Upon receipt we will confirm if an exchange can be completed.

  • In case of exchange, customers are liable to pay for the shipping fees (for both return of original product and shipment of exchanged product). Customers are advised to track the return shipment as we will not be responsible for any items lost in the post.

  • You can exchange for a product of the same value or higher.

  • Request for exchange will not be applicable if there is any physical damage (including scratches) to the product because of misuse, dropping, etc.

Faulty Products

  • If your item arrives faulty then this needs to be reported via email to uniquechoiceboutique@gmail.com with pictures of the faulty item immediately of receipt of the item. 

  • A member of our team will confirm by email or by phone if the item can be exchanged .

  • It is advised to post back the faulty item with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in the post.
