Returns Policy
At Unique Choice Boutique, we follow a boutique-style, customer-first approach while also protecting the quality and exclusivity of our products.
Every order is carefully checked and packed, and for delicate partywear, sizes are confirmed with the customer before dispatch to ensure the best possible fit.
🚫 No Cash Refunds
As a company policy, we do not offer cash refunds once an order is placed and dispatched.
However, we do support exchange options under the conditions explained below.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchange instead of refund, subject to eligibility:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact
- Exchange is allowed once per order
- Products must be returned in resalable condition
You may exchange:
- For the same product (different size), or
- For any other product of equal or higher value available in our store

All exchange requests are reviewed and confirmed by our team before acceptance.
👗 Delicate Partywear, Sarees & Silk Products
Due to the delicate nature and limited availability of partywear, silk salwar suits, and sarees:
✔ Sizes and fit are confirmed with the customer via WhatsApp before dispatch, and each item is thoroughly checked for measurements and defects.
Exchange for these items is considered only if:
- A wrong item is sent, or
- There is a manufacturing defect or sizing error from our side
❌ No exchange or return for:
- Change of mind
- Color preference or minor shade difference due to lighting
- Incorrect size confirmed by the customer
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement
For any exchange request related to damage, defect, or wrong item:
- A full unboxing video is mandatory
The video must clearly show:
- All sides of the sealed parcel
- Opening the package
- The product and tags
- Without an unboxing video, we cannot process exchange claims for damage or missing items.
🚚 Shipping Charges for Exchange
- If the issue is from our side (wrong or defective item):
✅ Free reverse pickup and reshipping
- For all other exchange requests (size change, product change):
🚚 Return shipping and reshipping charges are borne by the customer
- Please take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier when returning products; Unique Choice Boutique is not responsible for lost shipments.
💳 Store Credit (If Applicable)
Store credit may be issued only for approved exchanges.
The value of store credit = product value minus any applicable shipping costs, including reverse shipping if applicable.
Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
🛡️ Quality Assurance
Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We do not ship defective items.
Once delivered, Unique Choice Boutique is not responsible for:
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling
- Issues reported after the 24-hour window
