As a small boutique, we aim to provide you with the best service possible through our Easy Exchange Policy.
Exchange Policy Guidelines

We accept returns with an exchange option, but do not offer cash refunds.
- If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us on the same day of receiving your order

Important Notes on Exchanges
- Items on Promotion, Sale, Discount, or Special Offers are not eligible for exchange.
- Our sarees and partywear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are delicate and limited-edition pieces.
However, if there's any issue from our side (defect or wrong item), we’ll assist you immediately 💕 - Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with the exchange confirmation.
Shipping Charges for Exchange
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will arrange a FREE return or exchange – no charges at all. Just let us know on the same day of receiving your order.
- For all other return or exchange requests (like size change or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return and reshipping charges.
- We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Eligibility for Exchange
- You may choose a product of the same or higher value.
- Products damaged due to misuse, dropping, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.
If a Product is Faulty
- Every item is carefully checked before shipping. We do not dispatch faulty items.
- If a genuine fault is found upon receiving, we will gladly exchange it for an item of the same value.
- However, we will not be liable for any damages caused after delivery.
